What I do at Beauty Biz Pro

I lead coaching and I run the strategy calls. If you book a call with Beauty Biz Pro, you talk to me. I also co-host the webinars with Jake, which is where a lot of owners meet us first.

Coaching at Beauty Biz Pro is not motivational. It is decisions: what to charge, what the offer is, what the deposit policy says, what to say to the client who asks for a discount, when to hire. Jake and the team run the ads and the systems. I make sure the business behind them is set up to turn the bookings into money.

What happens on a call with me

Thirty minutes. Bring your numbers, even rough ones: how inquiries reach you, how fast they get answered, how full the book is, and what a client is worth over a year.

I will tell you which of the three levers matters first for your business: the offer, the follow-up, or the systems behind the calendar. Some owners need ads. Some need a deposit policy and a rebooking system before they spend a dollar on ads. I will say which one you are.

You leave with a plan either way. If Beauty Biz Pro is the right fit, we talk about what that looks like. If it is not, I will tell you what to do instead.

How I coach

The calendar is the scoreboard. Followers, likes, and website visits are not the number. Booked, attended, and rebooked appointments are.

Price for the business you want. Most owners are underpriced and overbooked with the wrong clients. Raising prices is a conversation, and I have had it with a lot of owners.

Policies protect your time. Deposits, confirmations, and a cancellation policy are not rude. They are how a serious business treats its calendar.
