Beauty Biz Pro is a marketing agency. This site is also an educational resource for beauty business owners. Those two jobs can pull in different directions, so here is how we keep the second one honest.

Who writes

Every guide, comparison, and case study carries a byline. Jake Randolph, the founder, writes or reviews the marketing and systems content. Tony Cruz, Head Coach, writes or reviews the coaching, pricing, and policy content. Nothing is published under a generic staff byline. We use AI tools in drafting and research, and a named person is responsible for every page that goes live.

What counts as proof

Every guide includes something only Beauty Biz Pro can supply: a number from a client account, an ad we ran, a clip from a webinar, a transcript excerpt, or a screenshot. If we cannot name the proof, the guide does not ship. Where a guide draws on client accounts, the source is described in plain words, such as "three wax studio accounts between May and August."

Client results

A case study is published only with the client's written permission, with the measurement period stated, and with every number defined. Leads, booked appointments, attended appointments, and revenue are different numbers and are never swapped for each other. Each case study includes a section on what the result does not prove. Testimonials without attached numbers are shown as quotes only.

Software comparisons

We compare booking and marketing software only after using it. Each comparison states the plan tested, the review date, the tasks attempted, pricing with the date it was checked, and the limitations we hit. Beauty Biz AI is our own platform and every comparison says so. When another product is the better fit for a business type, we say that too.

Med spa content

Content for med spas is reviewed for compliance before publication. Our systems and our advice cover marketing, scheduling, and general inquiries. We do not give clinical advice, make treatment claims, or describe AI as replacing clinical judgment.

Beauty Biz Pro may receive compensation for some products and services we recommend. Recommended resources are ones we use or have tested unless stated otherwise. Where a link is an affiliate link, the page says so. Our own services and platform are always identified as ours.

Dates and updates

Every guide shows when it was published and when it was last updated. Prices, platform rules, and software features change; we update pages when they do and note the change.
