We grow beauty businesses for a living. We have since 2017.
Beauty Biz Pro is a marketing agency and growth platform for beauty professionals, founded by Jake Randolph. It runs paid advertising, builds AI booking and follow-up systems through its Beauty Biz AI platform, and coaches spa, esthetics, waxing, and med spa owners on growing their businesses.
That sentence is the whole company. Everything on this site either teaches a beauty business owner something useful or moves them toward one of those three things: ads that book, systems that answer and follow up, and coaching that fixes the offer and the policies underneath.
How it started
One ad account at a time
Jake Randolph started running paid ads for beauty professionals in 2017, after the Air Force. The first clients came one at a time, then by referral, and the work spread from one corner of the industry to estheticians, wax studios, spas, and med spas.
The ads worked. What kept breaking was everything after the click. Inquiries arrived at night and got answered the next morning. Price questions went unanswered. Booked clients did not show. So the agency built the follow-up systems itself, which became Beauty Biz AI, and added coaching for the decisions no system can make for an owner: what to charge, what the offer is, what the deposit policy says.
Today Beauty Biz Pro runs ads, deploys systems, and coaches owners across the United States and Canada. Jake stays close to the accounts. Tony Cruz, our Head Coach, runs the strategy calls and the coaching program.

Most beauty businesses do not have a lead problem. They have a reply problem. The inquiry comes in at 8pm, gets answered at 10am, and the client booked somewhere else at 8:15.

What kind of businesses does Beauty Biz Pro work with?
Owners of spas, esthetics studios, wax studios, and med spas first, plus permanent makeup, lash and brow, hair, and permanent jewelry businesses. The common thread is an owner who books appointments and wants more of the right clients on the calendar.
Do you only run ads?
No. Ads are one of three levers. We also build the booking and follow-up systems through Beauty Biz AI, and we coach owners on the offer, pricing, and policies that decide whether the bookings make money. Most clients use two of the three.
What is Beauty Biz AI?
Our own platform for beauty businesses: an AI receptionist, a voice booking agent, missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, no-show reduction, reactivation, reviews, and booking funnels, with a built-in CRM. Every chatbot and follow-up sequence we deploy runs on it.
Where are you based and where do you work?
Jake is in Pensacola, Florida. Clients are across the United States and Canada. Ads, systems, coaching, and the strategy calls all happen remotely, and you will meet us in person at industry events.
