What I do at Beauty Biz Pro
I run the agency and I stay close to the ad accounts. That means I set the offer and the angle for every campaign, read the numbers every week, and decide what changes. When a client’s inquiries stop turning into bookings, that problem lands on my desk, and the fix usually ends up as a new system inside Beauty Biz AI.
If you work with us, you get a plan written for your type of business, ads managed by a team trained on beauty accounts, and the follow-up systems I built because I got tired of watching good leads die in the DMs. Tony runs the strategy calls and the coaching. I make sure the accounts perform.
How I got here
I served in the Air Force before I ever ran an ad. The discipline transferred. Everything else I learned inside client accounts.
In 2017 I started running paid ads for beauty professionals. The first clients came one at a time, then by referral, and the work spread from one corner of the industry to estheticians, wax studios, spas, and med spas. That became Beauty Biz Pro.
Across my career I have managed more than $50 million in ad spend. The lesson that mattered most is that the ad is rarely the problem. The offer, how fast the inquiry gets answered, and what happens after the booking decide whether a campaign makes money. So the agency grew from ads into booking and follow-up systems, then into coaching, because the owners who won were the ones who fixed all three.
Along the way I wrote three books: The No-Fluff Guide to Growing Your Beauty Business, Side Hustle to Six Figures, and AI Is Not a Trend: Stop Learning, Start Earning, which became an Amazon bestseller. Outside Beauty Biz Pro I teach business owners to put AI to work through AI Operations Lab. On this site, I am the beauty marketing guy. I live in Pensacola, Florida.
How I think about growing a beauty business
Offers before ads. An ad can only amplify what is already there. If the offer does not make a stranger want to book this week, more budget just buys more people who scroll past. We fix the offer first, then spend.
Follow-up is where the money is. Most beauty businesses do not have a lead problem. They have a reply problem. The inquiry comes in at 8pm, gets answered at 10am, and the client booked somewhere else at 8:15. Speed and persistence in the follow-up produce more bookings than any creative change.
Deposits are a filter, not a barrier. Owners are afraid a deposit will scare people off. It scares off the people who were never going to show. The clients you want are relieved to see a business that runs like one.
Your time is the constraint to design around. The owner is usually the one behind the chair, the one answering the phone, and the one doing the marketing. Every system we build takes one of those jobs off the owner so the business can grow without adding hours to the day.
